TAXES - Rates are quoted in US Dollars, per villa, per night - Stay rates are subject to Shared Economy Levy and Service Charge. - Shared Economy Levy, Service Charges and other taxes are at the prevailing rate, currently 10% Shared Economy Levy and 10% Service Charge. SECURITY DEPOSITS - All villas are subject to (i) a security deposit ii) an incidental deposit to safeguard against damage to the villa and its contents and will go towards the costs of any breakage or damage along with providing payment for any incidental costs incurred during the stay. - A credit card authorization for the security deposit, plus a daily allocation for incidental costs will be taken on the guest credit card upon arrival. At the end of the stay and where there are no damages or extras to be settled, the security deposit and daily allocated amount will be refunded to the same card on which the authorization was taken. - The security deposit for the Four Bedroom Golf and Sea View Villa is US$750 per stay. - The authorization for daily incidentals is US$50 per day. In the event that the amount of property damage exceeds the security deposit provided, the guest remains responsible for the full replacement cost of the damaged item.
