Stay rates are subject to Shared Economy Levy and Service Charge.
Shared Economy Levy, Service Charges and other taxes are at the prevailing rate, currently 10% Shared Economy Levy and 10% Service Charge.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
All villas are subject to (i) a security deposit ii) an incidental deposit to safeguard against damage to the villa and its contents and will go towards the costs of any breakage or damage along with providing payment for any incidental costs incurred during the stay.
A credit card authorisation for the security deposit, plus incidental costs will be taken on the guest credit card upon arrival. At the end of the stay and where there are no damages or extras to be settled, the security deposit and daily allocated amount will be refunded to the same card on which the authorisation was taken.
The security deposit for Hilltop Villas (Four-Bedroom Golf and Sea View Villas) is US$750 per stay.
In the event that the amount of property damage exceeds the security deposit provided, the guest remains responsible for the full replacement cost of the damaged item.
