The Pavilions are a new collection of villa designs for Cabbage Tree Green, Apes Hill.

Located 1,000 feet above sea level, the land here combines views of tropical gully landscapes and direct access to the Championship level course. The Pool Pavilion design has been crafted to sit harmoniously with the undulating slopes of Apes Hill’s southern greens.

The Pool Pavilion is one of the villa types in the Pavilions collection. Each of these 3-bedroom villa designs provide at least 3377 sqft of internal and external space, with a range of upgrade options available, including enlarged spaces for the master bedroom and kitchen/dining areas, a BBQ/ outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bath and a guest bedroom with outdoor shower. The Pool Pavilion has been carefully designed to have unique characteristics, whilst fitting into a cohesive architectural design that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The Pool Pavilion

The Pool Pavilion is a single storey villa with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is a luxurious retreat centered around a private courtyard pool, designed for privacy, relaxation, and a seamless flow between living spaces. It has 2522 sqft interior space and 855 sqft exterior covered space. With an entry porch to the home that is a deep-set verandah, a 20’-6” x 13’ pool, an outdoor shower and other exterior features, it is also designed for enhanced outdoor tropical living. The Pool Pavilion comes with a heated pool as a standard feature.

Two wings of interior space flank the central courtyard, creating a harmonious flow between living areas. The master suite occupies one wing, while the guest bedrooms and kitchen occupy the other, ensuring perfect separation of spaces for both privacy and entertainment.
